EU REACH Appendix XVII Amended - Deleting Pentabromodiphenyl ether and PFOS

2011年3月2日，歐盟委員會公布法規(EU)207/2011，修訂REACH法規（EC）No 1907/2006附件十七的內容。
The EU Official Journal published Commission regulation (EC) No 207/2011 on 2nd Mar 2011, amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 on REACH as regards Annex XVII.

鑒于持久性有機污染物法規(POPs, )附錄一修訂增納了九類物質(生效日：2010-8-24），包括但不限于五溴聯苯醚、全氟辛烷磺酸及其衍生物，因此(EU) No 207/2011已將此兩種物質從REACH法規附錄十七的相應名單中予以刪除（第44項及53項）。
In consideration that the amendment of EU Regulation Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs, (EC) No 850/2004) Annex I has added nice substances including Pentabromodiphenyl Ether and PFOS（effective date：24th Aug, 2010）, (EU) No 207/2011 has deleted related restrictions on Pentabromodiphenyl ether and PFOS in Annex XVII to Regulation REACH (entries 44 and 53).

盡管REACH法規中相應限制條款被刪除，歐盟關于持久性有機污染物(POPs)法規中對此兩類物質的管控要求更為嚴厲。其中五溴聯苯醚的限量由原REACH法規1000mg/kg變為POPs法規中的10mg/kg。
Though REACH deleted related restriction entries, the prohibition on these two kinds of substances in Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) is tougher than that of REACH, of which, restriction on Pentabromodiphenyl Ether has changed from 1000mg/kg in REACH to 10mg/kg in PoPs.
